Camp Courageous is seeking caring, dependable individuals to join the team as Respite Counselors. This flexible weekend position provides direct support to children and adults with disabilities during Camp's year-round respite weekends.

Respite weekends are held approximately 23 weekends each year, allowing flexibility to work weekends that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting campers with daily activities and personal care as needed

• Participating in recreation, games, crafts, and outdoor adventures

• Creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment

• Working alongside an experienced team dedicated to exceptional camper experiences

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Experience with individuals with disabilities is helpful, but not required

• Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work as part of a team
