Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

Camp Courageous is seeking a compassionate, confident Registered Nurse (RN) to join the year-round Medical Services team. This full-time position provides nursing care for children and adults with disabilities while helping create safe, exceptional experiences for thousands of campers throughout the year.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration
• Assess and respond to camper and staff health needs
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and Camp staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Support a safe, healthy environment for campers, volunteers, and staff

Qualifications:

• Current Iowa RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is welcomed but not required
